The capstone courses—Pathways to Teaching, Culinary 2 and 3, and Fashion Design 2—serve as the pinnacle of this experience, preparing students for both higher education and professional careers.

Pathways to Teaching: This course equips future educators with the foundational skills and knowledge needed for a career in teaching. Students explore classroom management, lesson planning, and child development while gaining practical experience.

Culinary 2 and 3: These advanced culinary courses refine students' cooking techniques, kitchen management skills, and knowledge of food science. Students engage in hands-on projects that mirror real-world culinary careers.

Fashion Design 2: This course allows students to expand their creativity and technical skills in fashion. From garment construction to trend analysis, students develop the expertise needed for careers in the fashion industry.

These capstone courses not only enhance students' technical skills but also provide valuable insights into their future careers, ensuring they graduate with a strong foundation for success.
