The Valley Park School District is grateful for the generous support of the West St. Louis County Chamber of Commerce and its members, who donated 37 brand-new coats and hoodies to help students prepare for the winter months. This thoughtful contribution highlights the important role community partnerships play in meeting the needs of local families.
Heather Zerweck, Vice President of the West St. Louis County Chamber of Commerce, shared her thoughts on the donation, "It warms my heart to be part of giving during the holiday season. This is one of my favorite times of the year because it allows us to support the community in a meaningful way."
As temperatures drop, these coats and hoodies will provide both comfort and a reminder of the care and connection shared within the Valley Park community.
Meghan Aydelott, College, Career and Success Ready Director at the Valley Park School District expressed "These acts of generosity make a real difference for students and families during the colder months. Community initiatives like this demonstrate the strength of collaboration and the positive impact of working together to support one another."
Thank you again to the West St. Louis County Chamber of Commerce and all of their members!
