New applicants must bring or send the following:

• 60 hrs. of College Credit (Transcripts) or a Missouri Teaching Certificate

• Passport OR

• Valid Drivers License & Social Security Card 

Also, applicants must bring the following completed forms: 

• Application

• S Form

• Schedule a Fingerprint Appointment through MACHS, use four-digit registration code 1905

• MO W-4 Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate

• Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification

• Federal W-4 Form

• Parking Permit Form

• Substitute Certificate

All new applicants hired must be fingerprinted with a background check.
