Immunizations

Per the state of Missouri and Valley Park School District, it is required that all students MUST be in compliance/up-to-date with their immunizations in order to attend school. Please don't assume that we have your child's updated immunizations in our records.  If you have received a letter from our office requesting immunization records, please don't disregard it. It was sent because we need documentation from your doctor/clinic that your child's immunizations are up to date.

Instruct the doctor's office to fax the immunization records to 636.923.3656, drop off a copy in person or have your child drop it off at the nurse's office. If the requested immunizations have not yet been given, we require the date and time of the next appointment in which they will be given. The appointment must be within a reasonable amount of time in order for your child's immunizations to be considered "in-progress".
