Early Childhood - Preschool Registration
All new families seeking to enroll a child in our Valley Park Early Childhood program, please contact our District Registrar, Melinda Coates, at 636-923-3664 or mcoates@vpschools.org
Required Documents
*Two proofs of parent/guardian residency. This includes a real estate or personal property tax bill, rental or purchase contract plus deposit receipt, or an IRS tax return, in addition to a current utility bill.
*Copy of custodial parent(s) driver’s license
*Student’s up-to-date immunization records. These must be submitted before the registration process can be completed.
*In cases where parents/guardians are divorced, a copy of the section of the dissolution decree (not the petition) which stipulates custody.
Requested Documents
*Official birth certificate issued by the Bureau of Vital Statistics.
*Student’s social security card
*Copy of IEP/504/School health plan (if applicable)
*Copy of unofficial transcript or most recent report card from previous school
Once your online registration is received and reviewed, a welcome email will be sent with the next steps in the enrollment process.
